Services available and not limited to the following:
Show available units to prospective tenants and/or their agents
Sign leases as identified Agent for Owner
Collect, deposit, and disperse tenant payments in accordance with the terms of each Lease and Property Management agreement.
Offer Owner/Tenant online access for payments, work orders, reports and announcements
Conduct inspections with Tenants of each rental unit identified in the Lease prior to Move-in and upon Move-out. Property Manager will Record any damage to the rental unit at the time of Tenant move-in, move-out or during the Tenant’s occupancy.
Coordinate and manage all regular maintenance of building units and common areas
Work with owner approved vendors for maintenance and cleaning.
Financial Reports specified by and for owner, to be sent regularly (ie: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Management Fees, E-Payments, Income/Expense, Maintenance Statistics, Property Budget)
Lease Reports will show available unit details, occupancy details, start/end dates, deposits, rent amounts, tenant lists, etc.
Maintenance Reports are able to show work orders, service requests and outcome details.
Owner Statements from Property Managers can be detailed or summarized and set at regular time intervals.
